Clear plastic rule with one hole near each end. The face of the rule is printed with two scales. Printed along the top edge of the rule is a scale in half-inches, graduated into tenths and labeled with a "20" near its left end. a scale in inches, graduated into tenths and marked with a "10" near its left end, is printed along the bottom of the rule.
