Description:
Glass spectrum tube consisting of two larger tubes connected by a thinner capillary tube. Each end contains a sealed electrode in the shape of a long needle which connect outside to small metal hoops at the end of a wire. There is a small closed side tube near each of the ends of the tube that makes a 90 degree turn.
The tube is darkened near both of the electrodes, and also silvered on one of the sides.
