Description:
The brass aperture has an irregular hole drilled through the center. Holes are drilled on the faces in order to mate the aperture with the range compensator (2002-1-0029b).
Along the side of the cylinder there are obliterated letters and numerals in red ink, and "MON / 1177." Black ink spells out "WATKINS" and some more obliterated text. There is a black cross.
The front face is marked with obliterated and scratched letters and "R" and "LL1 T[hole]P MON 1-14 AK." This refers to the orientation of the treatment (Left Lateral One) and the date.
A green circular sticker is scotch taped on the side and labeled, "DAL / 1/14/2." This refers to the patient and date of treatment.
