Description:
The brass aperture has an irregular hole drilled through the center with a diameter ranging from 2.5 to 3.0 cm. Holes are drilled on the faces in order to mate the aperture with the range compensator (2002-1-0028b).

The front face is marked with obliterated letters and "RL1 T[hole]P WED 1-23." This refers to the orientation of the treatment (Right Lateral One) and the date.

A green circular sticker is scotch taped on the side and labeled, "1/23/02 / RAS." This refers to the patient and date of treatment.
