Three electrode tube; large copper anode with platinum inset; spark asbestos regenerator.

Note: "coil LX-Ray Tube (activated by tesla coil)".

FunctionThis x-ray tube has a durable heavy copper target with platinum inset. An extra anode is supposed to improve the tube's performance. There is an asbestos regenerator to keep the internal gas pressure at the required levels.
