Description:
Part of telegraph apparatus (?) mounted on a rectangular wooden base. Five metal binding posts stand in a row on one side of the base. In the middle of the base is a brown/red wooden circular disc, attached by a rectangular metal arm bolted to the top-center of the disc. There is a spring running from the arm to a piece of metal on the base. There are three screws, running through metal posts, around the circumference of the disc, the end each screw having a thin piece of metal that makes contact with the disc.
