1045e is a Tolles workshop patterns or demonstration models.

These are 2 adapters for the bayonet mount. The smaller collar is made of yellow brass and has one set of exterior threads. The larger collar is made of red brass and has a different set of exterior threads. The latter also has a screw-on cap.
