Description:
Dark blue cardboard box having on each side a light blue text caption, the latter being decorated with stripes. It has four binding posts on top. Each has has two values, one red and one blue. The red ones determine the voltage for the "C" battery; the blue ones the voltage for the "B" battery. Here they are: "+ / +22½", "-16½ / +9", "-4½ / +18" and "-22½ / -". Inside the box are 15 separate cells, giving a maximum of 22½ volts. On a side are a list of four patents, dating from 1912 to 1921.

On one of the long side there is a list of information about the battery that one could filled: "Purchased from / At / Date purchased / Voltage test when purchased". All have been left blank.
