Description:
This glass blank is a thick cylindrical piece of glass. The front side is polished and appears flat. The reverse side is fire-polished and unfinished. There is an old numerical inscription on the back. A groove separated the rear section from the larger front section.

Curatorial RemarksFrom the inscription, it was probably meant to become a concave lens or mirror.
