DescriptionNine, aluminum, curved scales of different sizes. Each scale has a screw-hole drilled through it on either end. The three smallest scales are marked from 30 at the leftmost end to 0 at the rightmost end with every tenth division marked with a numeral. One has its outer edge painted black. There are three medium sized scales. Two are marked from 30 at the leftmost end, to 0 in the center, and back to 30 at the rightmost end with every tenth division marked with a numeral. One of these scales is marked "A" above 0 and the other is marked "B" above zero. The third medium sized scale is divided into four sections, marked 60, 30, 0, 30, 60. Each increment is further subdivided in six. Three are two large scales. Both are divided into four section, the ends of which are marked 20, 10, 0, 10, 20. Each section is further subdivided by 20 lines, ten longer and ten shorter. One large rule is marked "A" above 0 and the other is marked "B" above zero. There is one extra-large scale with its outer edge painted black. Outside the holes drilled on either side there is a rectangular plastic piece attached by two brass screws. This largest scale is divided into six sections, the ends of which are marked 30, 20, 10, 0, 10, 20, 30. Each section is further divided in ten by small black lines.
