Description:
A wooden case with adjustable brass legs and glass windows that contains a balance resting on a white marble slab. The balance consists of a brass pillar that holds a brass beam currently missing its pans. From the right side atop the balance comes a horizontal rod with a small clip for manipulating sliding weights and riders on the beam.
