Description:
Small concave mirror with front surface silvering has four notches on the rim. These would be for prongs or other hardware for mounting the mirror on an optical instrument such as a telescope.

The mirror is wrapped in paper and stored in a small cardboard box. The box is bluish. The box is stored in an envelope.
