Description:
Triangular yellow plastic ruler with central channel groove running the length of each face.

Each face is printed with two scales one foot in length, one on each edge. The first face has scales in inches and fifth-inches. The second face has scales in half-inches and quarter-inches. The third face has scales in third-inches and sixth-inches. To the left of each scale is a number indicating into how many parts each inch is divided.

Curatorial RemarksMay be from a later date. The CHSI library's 1936 Keuffel & Esser catalog (Lib. 1404) does not contain any triangular rulers. The CHSI library's 1955 Keuffel & Esser catalog, vol. 1 (Lib. 1405) contains several Paragon three-sided rulers, but no Doric three-sided rulers.
