Adie and Wedderburn
Edinburgh instrument-making and photography company Adie and Wedderburn was preceded by Adie & Son, the partnership between Alexander Adie and his son, John (begun 1835). The elder Adie had earlier partnered with other specialists including his uncle John Miller.
