Folmer Graflex Corporation

Graflex was a manufacturer of cameras. Originally founded as The Folmer & Schwing Manufacturing Company in 1887 as a partnership between William F. Folmer and William E. Schwing. In 1897 it began camera manufacturing. It was acquired by George Eastman in 1905, but in compliance to the Sherman Antitrust Act, the Kodak company was forced to split and sell Folmer & Schwing-Century Division with Grafiex, Graphic and Century brands
