Science Museum London

The Science Museum is a publicly funded national museum in London and was originally organized by Bennet Woodcroft after the the Great Exhibition of 1851 as part of the South Kensington Museum. In 1909 with a new building the Science and Engineering Collections were separated and the name of 'Science Museum' was formalized. Today the Museum is one of the most visited museums in London.
