Radcliffe College

Radcliffe College was founded in 1894, chartered by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In 1963 Radcliffe Graduate School is closed, as women are admitted to Harvard's Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. In 1999 Radcliffe College merges with Harvard University, and the College becomes the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study at Harvard.
